Ridon’s founder and principal is Terry Ridon, who served as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the PH Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor and Congressman in the PH House of Representatives.
He is the convenor of Infrawatch PH, a thinktank focused on resolving infrastructure underdevelopment in the following areas: power, transport, telecoms, digital, housing, water and natural resources.
During the coronavirus crisis, he pushed for greater social protection: crisis subsidies, community quarantine centers and reduced electricity rates.
As PCUP Chair and CEO, he championed the reduction of water tariff in a slum community by seventy percent, boosting incomes of five-hundred households, while overseeing an annual operating budget of P500-Million ($10-Million) and leading more than two hundred employees.
